About Loredana Wainwright

For over 25 years, Loredana has been a fitness instructor helping individuals achieve their goals. She teaches a variety of fitness classes, with a true passion in yoga. Trained in hatha-based yoga, practicing with Loredana will give you knowledge – both how the body responds to asanas (poses) or how your heart and soul might settle. Her yoga classes weave an authentic theme and coincide with movements to connect with thought-provoking, heart-filled messages and meditation practices.

Soak in two nights and three days of yoga, wellness, wine and healthy food selections at our Glamp Yoga Retreat. We will be offering a unique blend of yoga and relaxation, along with delicious prepared on site meals, a stupendous culinary and wine pairing dinner at North 42 Degrees Estate Winery, and of course, campfire fun. During your free time you are welcome to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery by our pool and outdoor hot tubs. Explore the kayaks or bikes or perhaps spend the afternoon lounging in a hammock with a good book. In the evening, enjoy delicious meals and then join around the campfire for s'mores.
